Для этого предлагалось принять следующие изменения: - отменить ранее обязательную оценку обоснованности выделения автономной системы; - ограничить количество номеров автономных систем до одной тысячи на организацию; - добавить требование перехода к многосвязности 16-битных номеров автономных систем по истечении 9 месяцев. СОСТОЯНИЕ: Отозвано ПРИЧИНА ОТЗЫВА: Предложение было отозвано авторами, поскольку найти приемлемое решение, которое удовлетворило бы все стороны, не удалось. If you wish to join the discussion about a particular proposal, please do so on the relevant working group mailing list. Proposals Open for Discussion: 2015-04, "RIPE Resource Transfer Policies" Proposals Awaiting Input: 2015-05, "Revision of Last /8 Allocation Criteria" Proposals Withdrawn: 2014-03, "Remove Multihoming Requirement for AS Number Assignments" Proposal Overviews: PROPOSAL: 2015-04, "RIPE Resource Transfer Policies" OVERVIEW: Aims to create a single transfer policy with all relevant information on the transfer of Internet number resources, replacing text in several RIPE Policies. The proposal also introduces a 24-month holding period for IPv4 addresses and 16-bit ASNs after any change of holdership. RIPE NCC IMPACT ANALYSIS: Includes the point that the current proposal version needs further clarification regarding what kinds of entities can receive transfers of allocated resources. PROPOSAL: 2015-05, "Revision of Last /8 Allocation Criteria" OVERVIEW: Aims to allow LIRs to request an additional /22 IPv4 allocation from the RIPE NCC every 18 months. This would only be possible if the LIR has not transferred any IPv4 address space before. STATUS: Discussion Phase – Awaiting decision from proposer FULL PROPOSAL: https://www.ripe.net/participate/policies/proposals/2015-05 ===== The following proposal has been withdrawn since the last update. PROPOSAL: 2014-03, "Remove Multihoming Requirement for AS Number Assignments" OVERVIEW: Aimed to ease the requirements when requesting an Autonomous System (AS) Number. To this end, the following actions were proposed: - Remove the need for evaluation - Limit the number of AS Numbers per organisation to 1,000 - Require that 16-bit AS Numbers are multihomed after nine months STATUS: Withdrawn REASON FOR WITHDRAWAL: The proposers decided to withdraw the proposal due to the inability to find an acceptable solution which satisfied all parties. Advance notice - H-root address change on December 1, 2015

This is advance notice that there is a scheduled change to the IP addresses for one of the authorities listed for the DNS root zone and the .ARPA TLD. The change is to H.ROOT-SERVERS.NET, which is administered by the U.S. Army Research Laboratory. The new IPv4 address for this authority is 198.97.190.53. The new IPv6 address for the authority is 2001:500:1::53. This change is anticipated to be implemented in the root zone on 1 December 2015, however the new addresses are operational now. They will replace the previous IP addresses of 128.63.2.53 and 2001:500:1::803f:235 (also previously known as AOS.BRL.MIL and AOS.ARL.ARMY.MIL). We encourage operators of DNS infrastructure to update any references to the old IP addresses and replace them with the new addresses. In particular, many DNS resolvers have a DNS root "hints" file. This should be updated with the new IP addresses. New hints files will be available at the following URLs once the change has been formally executed on December 1: http://www.internic.net/domain/named.root http://www.internic.net/domain/named.cache The old IPv4 address will continue to work for six months after the transition (until 1 June 2016), at which point it will be retired from service. The address will remain under the control of the Army Research Laboratory, never to be used again for DNS service. The old IPv6 address will continue to work indefinitely, but may ultimately be retired from service. Simultaneous to the retirement of the old address on June 1, 2016, the ASN for H-root will change from 13 to 1508.
