The both companies (Juniper, IBM) have Moscow offices, sail and support equipment in Russia. Ask them, may be it will be easier (chiper or sooner) to buy equipment in Moscow. We have used this method for Alcatel equipment.

Anybody have experience with this, I've heard stories that suggest that imports would be a problem. What is needed to smooth the process to import such equipment? Would it be better to source this equipment locally?
